Claire Hill

Career history

 

Claire was born in Skegness and has always lived in Lincolnshire. She studied at Skegness Grammar School and then the University of Lincoln, where she obtained an Upper Second Class Honours degree in Law and Criminology. Claire went on to continue her studies at the College of Law in York and completed her Legal Practice Course.

 

Following completion of her studies Claire undertook and completed her training contract at Frearsons Solicitors in Skegness and was admitted to the role as a Solicitor on 1st August 2005. In March 2006 Claire moved to Lincoln to take a position as an Associate Solicitor in the Commercial Department of Bridge McFarland's Lincoln office to pursue her interest in Corporate, Commercial and Property work.

 

Whilst at Bridge McFarland Claire also spent ten months working at the Firm's Louth Cornmarket office remaining in the Commercial Department and continuing to deal with the same areas of law and also gaining more experience in agricultural matters and rural affairs.

 

At the end of October 2011 Claire left her position with Bridge McFarland to become a Solicitor Director at Christie Solicitors Ltd.

Claire specialises in non-contentious commercial and residential property work, business sales and purchases, company/commercial transactions and commercial financing.
